By definition, an “Epoch” is a particular period of history, especially one considered remarkable or noteworthy; a notable event that marks the beginning of such a period.  Further more, it is a marked point in time that begins a new and distinctive period or era.  Here, at Epoch Salon Studios, it is our hope to create such a notable event in the daily lives of each of our guests that we help them mark their own new era.

Our philosophy of providing salon services is very different from your typical salon.  We have three separate hair studios to provide a little less distraction and a little more personal attention to your individual concerns and needs.  We’ve chosen an open-air partition to allow personal space and privacy without feeling isolated and confined.  Common areas for washbowls and hair dryers allow for just enough interaction with fellow time travelers.

In keeping with our epoch theme, selections for the salon have attempted to create an atmosphere of ”cozy-modern.”  Some words that describe our vibe would be: futuristic and antique, timeless and ancient, urban and modern, and cool neutral earth tones.
